PRE BOOKING

1. REQUIREMENT IDENTIFICATION - First step of our interaction with any client is via a professional telephonic conversation. Here, we understand each client's specific requirement & further request them to visit our office for more details.

2. APPOINTMENT & PROPERTY SHORTLISTING – After inviting our clients to our office for a better understanding of their requirement, we study specific requirements in detail (location preference, min-max budget, possession requirement, living or investment purpose). After that, we show them plenty of property options on screen & shortlist options from that list as per their requirement.

3. SITE VISIT - We arrange a meeting with a Sales Executive (expert in communication, knowledge about location projects, builders, landmarks). He then shows the client all those sites that were shortlisted in the office meeting. At the site visit, clients get E-brochures, cost sheets each & detailed information about the project.

4. CONSULTING FOR SELECTION OF PROPERTY - Often times, clients can get a bit confused after seeing so many options. This is very understandable, and it’s where we come in. We help you by highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each project, enabling you to make a sound and accurate choice.

5. NEGOTIATION SERVICES - Many buyers are not familiar of this part of the buying process. We are here to help you in the negotiation process. It is a very tricky and difficult part of the process, especially in the real estate market, because expectations are rarely satisfied. But with Pearl Realtors, you can be rest assured your transaction will always be a SATISFACTORY one.

6. DOCUMENTARY SERVICE-In case of new properties, all documentary processes are done by the builder itself. For registration, the builder's management team arranges a legal advisor for you.

POST BOOKING

1. RENTING –We help our clients in renting out their apartment for company lease or to families totally free of cost.

2. RESALE –We help our clients resell their existing properties.

3. PROPERTY UPDATES- If you booked an apartment during the under-construction stage and your are staying outside the country, we provide you quarterly updates of your projects if you so request.

4. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT- This is for those clients who are planning to go abroad after booking an apartment. Once they leave, we take care of their apartment.
